Only food that I could think of possibilities of being available to eat is vegetables...
I have eat many salads .. yes i love raw vegetable.. I am the very one my brother or mother wants me in kitchen when they cook as I can talk non-stop and entertain them.. yet again I am also they hate if I am there because half of the raw material they prepared for cooking will go missing, the half fried tofu, the tomatoes, the carrots, the cucumber, at times, bean sprouts, you name it.. i have steal it...
However, now being introduced to whole course lunch meal that is totally done without any fire involved during Isha sessions... amazing it is.. i feel the rush in my blood when i complete eating it.. the very palm of mine is usually pale looking.. yes.. doctor have asked me to stop donating blood as i am found insufficient of iron.Eating the beetroot the other day... amazing..
I was telling my sister and brother on the very proper way of being vegetarian. Eating life full items.. Raw vegetables.. I always felt salads at some point of time is boring. as you know... its like the same thing.. carrot, spinach, you cant have taste in it.. and its hard to swallow.. yet.. the food prepared by the volunteers was awesome..
They shredded the carrots, mix it with sprouts and nuts and squish some lemon juice and some mustard seed and not to forgot some ginger juice in it.. amazing.. i can have it again .. but i was full with other food that was prepared for us.. snake gourd cut into small small pieces, garnished with mustard seed, coriander and curry leaves, amazing it was after some lemon juice sprinkled in it.. ..
I think its how you wanna have it in you very own way.. we have to be creative and vegetarianism can be fun also... if we want to create such events of happiness.. who say food can only be awesome with high paid and tortured wagyu or authentic cuisines with meats and masala's and spices, even a vegan can have it in a authentic vegetarian dishes with doesn't have any culture to it.. but food just the way it is... in a new presentation... when I was eating it, never did I wonder, is it Chinese, Malay, Western or Indian dish but I was eating it with fullness of heart with thoughts such as," curry leaves are good for my hair, carrots are good for my eyes, beetroot is good for my blood, banana is good for my vitamins... " such was the work of mine..
